Mission Statement

We at The Riddle Room aim to provide the residents of Rhode Island and surrounding areas with a safe and clean form of a physical escape room like entertainment based on a combination of breathtaking physical backdrops, logically challenging cooperative puzzles, a creative use of theatrics, and the highest level of customer service.

Core Values

Safety

Providing a safe environment for our employees, customers and community will always remain our highest priority. The show must not go on if we are not able to provide a safe physical, mental and emotional space for all. We accomplish this with routine checks and maintenance of all of our physical assets as well as operational systems and human resources.

Quality

We will always strive to have the highest standards of quality in all operations and products. We will accomplish this with consistency, accountability and dependability and aim to always strive for a more professional and polished product.

Adventure

With a mindset on safety and high standards of quality, we will strive to produce the feeling of adventure. The feeling of excitement that makes your hairs on your arms stand up and the rush of over overwhelming joy as you experience the powerful feeling of positivity. We will accomplish this with the highest level of showmanship and designs focused around creating adventure, discovery and wonder with an optimistic delivery.

Collaboration

We understand the power of collaboration and will always aim to work closely and support our fellow employees, customers, community and neighboring escape rooms. We have a desire to bring people together and will operate with a welcoming culture and design mentality that a shared moment is more special than a singular one.

Adaptability

We understand and accept change and remain adaptable to any situation or challenge we face. We strive to increase planning while remaining flexible to change. With an ear on the streets and a love for progress, we will remain agile and ready to pivot in whatever way necessary.
